What is FarmCommerce?

FarmCommerce is a multi-tenant SaaS eCommerce platformthat enables individual farmers and agricultural vendors to launch their own branded online storefronts without any technical knowledge. Each vendor gets their own store URL, product catalogue, order management dashboard, and integrated payment collection — all powered by FarmCommerce's shared infrastructure.

Payments on all storefronts are processed by Cashfree Payments India Pvt. Ltd., a licensed payment aggregator regulated by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI).

Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a transaction fee per order?
FarmCommerce does not charge any per-transaction fees. You pay a flat monthly subscription. However, Cashfree's standard payment gateway charges (typically 1.5%–2% per transaction) apply directly between your store and Cashfree.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
Is GST charged on the subscription fee?
Yes. 18% GST is applicable on all paid subscription plans and add-ons. The prices listed on this page are exclusive of GST unless mentioned otherwise.
Do customers pay anything to FarmCommerce?
A nominal platform fee of 2% is applied to every order to help us maintain the platform and provide a secure shopping experience.
What currency are transactions processed in?
All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) only.
